Accent House Bed and Breakfast accommodation is run by Accent House (2016) Ltd.
Cardholder statements and payment records will indicate payment made to ACCENT HOUSE (2016) LTD.
Online transactions are conducted via the secure Windcave (DPS Secure Server), a PCI DSS compliant payment solutions, certified with all major card schemes. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the DPS system. No credit card information is stored by us.
All bookings will be instantly confirmed at the time of booking or within 72 hours when corresponding with the hosts.
No deposit is required to secure your reservation but we do require your credit card details. Full amount is payable upon arrival.
Rates quoted are in New Zealand dollars and includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 3 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
